We strive to ensure your art glass arrives in pristine condition; however, if you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on uncut sheets and supplies within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut glass and special orders are final sale due to the specialized nature of our wholesale products.

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the glass using the original internal padding and reinforced crating to prevent breakage during transit.

Ship the Items

Affix the return label and ship the package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for the full wholesale value.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse confirms the glass is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
