What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for wholesale rates, we require a minimum initial order of $250. Subsequent reorders must meet a $100 minimum to maintain your professional discount status.
How do you ensure glass sheets don't break during transit?
We use specialized industrial packaging including custom-sized crates, double-walled corrugated dividers, and high-density foam cushioning. All glass shipments are fully insured against breakage.
Do you offer custom color matching for large architectural projects?
Yes, for orders exceeding 500 square feet, we can work with our manufacturing partners to provide custom color matching. Please contact our trade desk with your Pantone or RAL specifications.
What happens if my glass arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, document it on the Bill of Lading and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or credit claim.
Are your glass products compatible with standard fusing and COE requirements?
We carry a wide variety of glass types. Most of our art glass is rated at COE 90 or COE 96. Please check the specific product description for the Coefficient of Expansion to ensure compatibility with your kiln work.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing for resellers?
Yes. Registered businesses with a valid Resale Certificate can upload their documentation through our 'Pro Account' portal to have sales tax removed from their orders.
